Address Bar XP SP3
For some reason or another they removed the address toolbar thingy for the taskbar in Windows XP Service Pack 3:
To bring it back without losing fixes brought by SP3, download and install Address Bar XP SP3. If the Address Bar isn't available after the installation you may need to log off and log back on.
This is actually just a nice installer for http://www.niversoft.com/downloads/xp-sp3-addressbar.zip.
The original author of the DLL contacted me and asked me to remove my installer. His zip file ( http://www.niversoft.com/downloads/xp-sp3-addressbar.zip) now contains an installer.
